No. This program was built to serve people beyond Fort Wayne. If you're local and want to connect in person, great - book your Blueprint Session and we'll set a time. If you're not local, also great - we'll schedule a video call. Most people in this program already train and eat reasonably well, so in-person training isn't required for us to help.

If you've worked with a functional practitioner before, we'll talk through what was tested, what was prescribed, and what the outcomes were - to see whether we'd offer you something genuinely different. Most practitioners aren't doing the level of genetic and lab testing we are, which lets us pinpoint root cause from day one instead of day ninety. If you've never done this before, you've been guessing. Comprehensive testing lets us actually see what's happening under the hood.
A Registered Dietitian. Lab interpretation and individualized nutrition protocols are performed and authorized by our clinical team, led by our Director of Clinical Nutrition. Our functional-nutrition coaches handle education, accountability, and day-to-day implementation. Prescription medications, hormones, and peptides sit outside the core program - when appropriate, we coordinate a referral through our medical partner.
Supplements and lab re-testing are additional. Your protocol is built around your unique results, so there's no way to know what you'll need beforehand - and when it's time to re-test, we usually order only the markers that were off, which saves you money versus re-running everything.
